BoroMettm materials currently are optimized forplasma HVOF applications, and are free-flowing composite powders with Hall flows between 12 and 42 seconds. Typical deposition efficiencies exeed 50%, and there are no components to seperate. Additional BoroMettm materials are currently in the development stage, and Powdermet continues to improve coating yields and per-formance.

Custom Materials
Powdermet specializes in custom materials, and can provide both development and production lots to your specifications. Standard BoroMettm compositions can be alloyed to meet more stringent temperature or corrosion needs.
