Powdermet's syntactic metal composite foams consist of microballoons that are coated using our novel Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process, which is more cost effective than traditional powder metallurgy (P/M) routes. Titanium coated micro balloons are low cost, lightweight, sinterablel, stable and mold into various shapes.
